2.     Take the five precepts

3.     Make a promise to count beads for a certain number of days.

4.     For e.g. 0ne round of the rosary for nine days.

5.     Use the Nine Virtues of the Buddha for each time you count one bead.

6.     Ask for the help of Bo Bo Aung in the sassana work.
