Hetu Pyitsayaw

1. Say Namawtatha three times. Start from Hetu and go till the end and you will have done 24 pyitsees.

2. For one bead say one Pyitsee. E.g. Hetu pyitsayaw is one pyitsee; Aramana pyitsayaw is one pyitsee and so on.

3. After 24 say Bokedan Saranam Gitsami, Dhamman Saranam Gitsami, Sanghan Saranam Gitsami. That will make 27 in total.

4. You have to do this with a 108 bead rosary (Seitbadee). This means that you will have to say from Hetu to the end Avigata pyitsayaw plus Bokedan Saranam Gitsami, Dhamman Saranam Gitsami, Sanghan Saranam Gitsami for 108 times.
